If you have any general questions, the office manager will try to answer them when he/she calls to confirm appointment date and time availability. Once an appointment is scheduled for you, we have a cancellation policy which requires a 48 hour notice. If you are unable to give us 48 hours notice there is a late cancellation fee unless the cancellation is due to illness or emergency.

For increased contact with your therapist between sessions, you can pay a reduced fee for longer email exchanges. This option is reserved for clients who also attend sessions with Burlington County Therapy counseling.
